Our consistent performance across sectors highlights our commitment and dedication to growing the Company year-on-year. Our focused strategy allowed us to navigate through challenges and emerge more resilient. Our Businesses
We managed approximately half a million sq. ft. of prime commercial and retail space at Celica Park, on Park Street, in the heart of the City of Joy. We take pride in our pivotal role in transforming Celica Park into a dynamic focal point, boasting a diverse array of establishments in its vicinity. This convergence has given rise to a vibrant blend of fashion, entertainment, convenience, and culture within the property.
We are also developing a luxury residential project, Celica Residency, in South Kolkata. This project features meticulously crafted and uniquely designed residential apartments housed in a 12-storeyed tower, complemented by an exclusive independent bungalow. Our commitment remains unwavering to identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities to foster growth and establish sustainable value.

Through Celica Healthcare, we are committed to realizing our mission of providing people with access to affordable healthcare through SEVA, while working towards our vision of becoming a trusted provider of healthcare services for all. We have established two multi-specialty clinics catering to South Kolkata and 24 PGS (S), complemented by a state-of-the-art referral lab located in Salt Lake Sector 5. Our overarching objective is to establish a network of diagnostic centers offering high[1]quality and affordable healthcare services across zones. Our comprehensive array of diagnostic and imaging services are designed to offer quality with agility. Our primary mission revolves around elevating and providing happier and healthier lives to all.
Located inside Celica Park on the iconic Park Street, we have developed a marquee coworking space, creating a vibrant hub for professionals seeking a dynamic and collaborative work environment. With its strategic location, this space offers professionals and entrepreneurs a unique blend of convenience and creativity. Boasting modern amenities, flexible workspaces, and state-of the-art facilities, it is designed to become a preferred choice for individuals and startups alike. With its proximity to the city’s cultural and commercial epicentre, Cospacio embodies the spirit of Kolkata, offering a perfect balance between work and leisure, right on the most happening street in town.
Our hospitality venture aims to introduce a collection of upper-midscale hotels and resorts across the Eastern and North-eastern States of India. These exceptional properties will be meticulously crafted by Celica at picturesque destinations and expertly managed by renowned international and domestic hospitality brands. Concurrently, we are exploring opportunities in the warehousing space and have already secured a location along the Durgapur Expressway near Dankuni. We are in the process of developing a strategic roadmap to initiate our foray into the warehousing business shortly, marking the beginning of another exciting journey.

Our Legacy
The Celica Group was pivotal in promoting Magma Fincorp, a well-established player in the BFSI sector, encompassing asset finance, affordable home finance, and general insurance services (through a joint venture). Magma, with a widespread presence across India and 325 branches, emerged as a thriving NBFC that diligently served the semi-urban and rural regions of the country with a sincere vision and resolute determination. At its zenith, Magma extended its services to over four million customers, maintained a workforce of over 10,000 employees, and efficiently managed assets under management (AUM) totaling ₹ 20,000 Crores. In 2021, the majority ownership of Magma was cquired by the Poonawalla Group, a strategic move that unlocked significant value for all stakeholders involved.
